I have been with Anytime fitness for over 7 years now and its been a pleasure seeing so many members achieve their goals! Since a young age I have always been involved in sport so I decided to become a Level 3 personal trainer as well as adding various other qualifications such as sports massage therapy, TRX, Pad boxing and Kettlebells. Since qualifying as a PT in 2012 I help people feel confident and love what’s in front of the mirror. I know very well how important family, friends and social life are, and I believe fitness should be something you can enjoy around this factors and not replace any of this. Becoming fitter, stronger, learner shouldn’t be another stressful factor in your life.
