Your membership is managed by your home gym (usually the location where you joined). Each gym is independently owned and operated so you would need to send your cancellation directly to them in writing. Please review your Membership Agreement prior to contacting your home gym. Your specific cancellation policy will be outlined on that agreement but typically you should always give one full calendar month's notice in writing to cancel your membership.

After 30 days of membership, you are eligible to access any of our thousands of gyms worldwide. We recommend that you verify with your home gym that your anywhere access has been activated before visiting another gym.
