As each club is independently owned and operated, and any cancellation requests must be addressed directly with the club, as per your Membership Agreement, through our Online Cancellation Request Portal.
You will need to give one full calendar month notice, as most of our Membership Agreements run for 12 months and then on a rolling month by month basis after the first year ends.
It is important you do not cancel your Direct Debit instruction, as this is processed automatically at the end of your membership term. Cancelling your Direct Debit instruction can lead to a delay in processing your membership cancellation and further charges may be applied.
The Anytime Fitness Support Office cannot process membership cancellations on behalf of Anytime Fitness UK clubs.
