If you would like to join or find a specific Anytime Fitness club, please use the Club Locator. Once you’ve found the desired club, their address, phone, email, and web information will be displayed.
To cancel your membership, contact your home club directly. You will need to give one full calendar month notice and most of our contracts run for 12 months and then on a rolling month by month basis after the first year ends. Use the Club Locator to find their contact information.
We take your member experience very seriously. If you would like to submit a complaint please do this in writing directly to your club in the first instance as they have the ability to resolve this for you. If you would like to escalate your complaint to our Corporate Support Office please submit your complaint using the form below.
Both our Corporate Support Office and your club will be notified of your complaint.If you are still not happy your complaint has been resolved satisfactorily please email: email@example.com.
