In my spare time, I am the Strength & Conditioning Coach for Dorchester Rugby.

Area Manager - I started my fitness journey 4 years ago after finding a passion within the industry whilst training with a PT for weight loss and attending group exercise classes. I am a proud dog mum of 1, enjoy hiking, and love teaching group exercise to music especially Spin and PUMP. I am currently studying to become Pre & Post Natal Exercise and Nutrition qualified and aim to start Yoga training in the near future. I am so excited to be able to oversee the growth of Dorchester and it's sister club in Christchurch

Fitness Coach-My fitness journey started in 2011 with a dream of losing weight and finding self-belief and confidence, at the time I was clinically obese, unfit, and very unhealthy. In total I lost 6 stone (nearly 40kg), completely changing my life. Along the way, I discovered a passion for movement and exercise, and decided to train as a personal trainer! I have been working as a PT since 2018 and have helped a huge range of clients, from people seeking weight loss and improvements to their overall well-being to clients who are recovering from life-changing injuries or living with chronic diseases. In early 2022 I qualified as a sports massage therapist, combining exercise coaching with my hands-on therapy skills allows me to offer a unique approach to helping others achieve their own health and fitness goals. Have recently moved to Dorchester and when I am not working, you'll probably find me running up a hill or trying not to trip over on the way back down!

Cleaner-I've always been big on walking and for a long time that was my only form of fitness but since developing Fibromyalgia, I started to look into other forms of movement o help it. I like participating in Yoga and strength training and realised my job as the cleaner does keep my step count up. I love what I do, a therapeutic job and getting to meet new people on my rounds

Fitness Coach - Hi, I'm Callum and I am so excited to be starting my fitness career here in AF Dorchester. I enjoyed sports from a young age before getting into the gym to build my strength and confidence. My passion grew for health and fitness and I achieved my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, hoping to help people focus on improving strength, endurance and general fitness.

Started at the gym 3 years ago where I found my love for weight training.
