My name is Jordan and I'm the Club Manager. Fitness has always been a priority in my daily life, which is why I ensure to keep myself up-to-date with health related topics and share fitness knowledge to those around me. My goal at Anytime Fitness is to create a welcoming environment and a tight community amongst all members. A place where everyone feels comfortable and confident. Hi, I'm Lee the General Manager. I have spent 10 years in the Health and Fitness industry including roles as a personal trainer, fitness manager, head of operations and General Manager. I’m Daisy a personal trainer and class instructor. My goal as a trainer is to make my clients feel strong and confident when reaching their fitness goals! Fitness should be a lifestyle not a chore. I’m enthusiastic and highly motivated to see my clients strive towards there goals and get where they want to be!

My objective as a coach is to help get you bigger, stronger and faster, whilst improving your understanding of training so you can become fully self sufficient in the gym. Training should be simple, yet effective, which is achieved by mastering the basics and being 1% better every time we train. I’ve worked with complete beginners to competitive powerlifters aiming to reach the national level. The one thing they all have in common is their consistency and this is what drives results.

From pursuing careers in both football and fitness, whilst working alongside multiple credited coaches and trainers in the field . I strive to create clients that are supported , motivated and educated in the process of reaching their fitness goals ! Ensuring we get you from where you are now to where you want to be !
