Growing up, I always had a love for fitness and a wide range of sports, including basketball, football, ping-pong, karate, and street workouts. When I came to England in 2019, my original plan was to study and qualify as a Personal Trainer. However, with the challenges of Covid-19, I had to put those plans on hold for a while. Now I'm here and that's what matters most! I'm ready to help you unlock your full potential through advanced techniques, the latest training methods, and of course, a science-based approach to fitness. My name is Cristian Ionut but everyone is calling me Criss. I`ve been a personal trainer since 2024, with a strong passion for functional training and pain-free movement. I truly believe that people should be able to enjoy life without limitation, moving freely, staying strong, and lifting weights or building muscle. It`s about creating a body that supports your lifestyle and allows you to do the things you love with confidence. Recently , I`ve been focusing more on rehabilitation-based exercises. In my previous gym, I`ve worked extensively with elderly clients facing various physical challenges, which helped me develop a deeper understanding of injury prevention
