Our role doesn't just involve counting your reps or chatting with you about exercise. We're here to teach you about weight training, how to exercise and even why you should exercise. I have been working as a personal trainer and sport rehabilitator since 2012. So I would expect to help you with pain-free weight training including Deadlift, Squat, Bench press and OHP based on many different cases I have had. If you have any musculoskeletal issues during the training session yourself, feel free to contact me and have a free consultation and diagnosis. Thanks Jo

I believe everyone should feel good about who they are. Whatever your fitness goals, I will design tailored sessions, built on attainable goals, positive feedback and plenty of smiles! Whether you want to run your 5th marathon or your first 5k, or simply feel confident working out in the gym, I will ensure each session is personal, focused and lots of fun. I have always been passionate about fitness, nutrition, and personal well-being. I am especially passionate about cycling and running, and have completed multiple marathons with a PB of 3:26 and progressed to ultra marathons. As a qualified Level 3 PT, I take pride in helping people become happier, stronger and more radiant in their lifestyle choices. It's never been more true, that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind and improving your fitness and nutrition, is a mind set for everyone. Let me take you on a journey, to discover what you can achieve through hard work and plenty of smiles.
