Julius has multiple years of experience in customer relations and management. He has a passion for fitness and empowering people in order to achieve their fitness goals and he takes pride in creating the best possible experience for Anytime Fitness Dun Laoghaire members and guests. Julius' interests include cooking, football, basketball, music and movies. Please pop in to the office if you have any questions or just to say “Hello!”

Hi my name is Alex. I'm currently studying Sports Therapy to progress to a masters in Physiotherapy. I have a great passion for health and physical well-being. I have always enjoyed working with and helping people and when the opportunity came to work as a membership advisor, I knew it was for me. I enjoy working within the Anytime Fitness community. Anna Chukhan

Anna is a self-employed independent contractor at AF Dun Laoghaire. She has changed her life for better through fitness and nutrition and became passionate helping and inspiring others. Her main aspiration as a fitness instructor is to help people reach their goals and help them gain confidence both in and out of the gym. Anna believes in taking a personalized approach with her clients aiming to design a programme best suited to client's specific needs and expectations. Pawel Ciesielski

Pawel is a self-employed independent contractor at AF Dun Laoghaire. Pawel has years of the experience in fitness industry, as coach he worked with over 100s of people in his fitness career. He has helped many people to achieve their dream body and he's also a competitive fitness athlete. Pawel is certified in diet therapy and he’s also a nutritionist. He creates tailored nutrition plans and training programs to burn fat and build muscle. His main strength is body transformation coaching, regardless of age or experience. Adrianna Dryniewicz
Trainer
Adrianna is a self-employed independent contractor at AF Dun Laoghaire. Her first stepped into a gym at the age of 17 & has never looked back since. She’s developed a huge passion for weight training & nutrition when first began training for her bodybuilding competition in Bikini Division back in 2017 and now as a qualified PT and gym instructor wants to help others achieve their fitness goals through coaching. She specializes in weight training, weight loss & body fat loss, muscle & strength building and overall body composition transformation.
