Hi Guys, my name is Finn and I’m the newest Membership Advisor at AF Maynooth. I have a huge passion for health and fitness and am currently in the process of getting my PT qualification. I’m a big believer that keeping active is key to physical and mental health and general happiness overall. I’ve been a member here at AF Maynooth since the beginning, so I know the gym like the back of my hand! Don’t be afraid to pop in anytime to a friendly face for a chat !

Leah is a qualified fitness instructor and soon to be qualified personal trainer. She is a health and fitness enthusiast with a love for the gym. Fitness has become a big part of her life the last 2 years and lockdown definitely had a huge impact for her passion with working out and having a healthier lifestyle. I've been working with amazing clients of all ages and fitness levels for the past few years and pride myself on the diversity of my coaching and recognizing all the various factors in life that make each individuals plan unique. Through practicing several kinds of training and diets, and dealing with a connective tissue disorder myself, I have gained so much knowledge that helps the people I train to lift safely and effectively, cleaning up their form and being able to take control of their own programme, knowing why they do what they do. There can be an overload of information (some myths too) when figuring out what is best but the most successful plan in my experience, is one that you will be able to follow the easiest and the longest all while still enjoying your life!
