Our team are here to welcome you to our club during staffed hours for fitness appointments or show-rounds. Remember, the gym is open for members to use with our secure keyfob entry system and 24/7 CCTV monitoring.

I've been in leisure for 13 years, working my way up from a leisure assistant to management roles and jumping between fitness and operational jobs. I'm a family man who has a passion for health & fitness, I love to workout and keep fit myself and am Level 3 Fitness qualified myself. I've played football since I was 6 years old, mainly at county level throughout my adult years and for all my sins I'm a Aston Villa fan. I have also ran the Brighton and Paris Marathon's in times of just over three hours. I'm committed to helping our members having the best possible experience when training at Anytime Fitness Worthing, so please don't hesitate to ask myself or one of the team if you have any questions and we look forward to helping you on your fitness journey.

Growing up with a martial arts such as Taekwondo and Kickboxing, coupled with a passion for Science and Biology - The fitness industry always appealed to me when choosing the direction of my career. Whilst Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualified and striving for my level 3 personal trainer qualification, I aim to provide the best advice, support and expertise to aid anybody embarking on their fitness journey.

My fitness journey started at just 3 years old, for my first ever swimming lessons! From there I became an avid dancer, short-distance track athlete, and regional swimming competitor. When I left home to pursue my music degree in 2019, I finally found my love for weight-training and the gym! Outside of fitness, I’m a passionate and dedicated NeoSoul/Jazz artist, creating music with a mission to connect, heal and transform.

I have 7 years' experience coaching clients in strength based training programs. Working with complete beginners to advanced lifters, I place major focus on form, steady progression and gym confidence. I believe it’s imperative you learn why you’re doing certain exercises / plans and how they benefit you as this helps you connect with your body, stay consistent and gets you feeling confident in what you’re doing in the gym. My approach is holistic, very simple and effective; taking into consideration your current lifestyle, emotional wellbeing and physical limits.
