As the General Manager of AF Ladbroke Grove, my focus is to build on the strong community already here, enhancing the member experience, and making sure everyone feels part of something bigger.

With 15 years professional experience in the fitness industry, I have helped hundreds of people regain their health and fitness, reach their goals and push to the next level. Before personal training, I did 3 years as an amateur boxer and 3 years as a semi pro footballer, basketball player and a division four table tennis player! This diverse background has allowed me to create unique and effective workout plans tailored to each individual's needs and goals but with an added edge.
