I very much have a focus on a persons physiology and I am very much always researching. My skillsets are directed towards those with medical conditions or medical recovery. I am a qualified PT, and have also competed at an elite level in Taekwon-do, and been through my very own lifestyle and behaviour change. I am also a sport & exercise sport psychologist in training, and therefore specialise in building self- confidence, motivation, and lifestyle changes, as well as optimal training mindsets. I am passionate, hard-working, and strive for excellence, and aim to use these qualities to help you reach your potential.
