Hi, I’m James. I have been qualified as a personal trainer for the last 15 years. My passion for health and fitness started whilst training and competing internationally for Great Britain and England as a hammer thrower and developed whilst studying for my degree in Sport and exercise at university specializing in coaching and performance. I have great experience of working with clients throughout a variety of different goals ranging from fat loss to strength and size. If you would like to book in for a consultation or taster session with myself please don’t hesitate to ask!!

I have 4 years' worth of training and working experience within a gym environment. in this time i have gained my level 2 and level 3 personal training qualifications. My favourite type of training is weight training. if you see me around the gym come and say hi.. If you have any queries, please dont hesitate to ask!

I am a passionate, motivated and disciplined individual who strives for a healthier and more active lifestyle. My interests include bodybuilding, boxing and football! I am a level 3 qualified PT, level 2 fitness instructor and have my bootcamp level 3 qualification.

Qualifications: Fitness Instructing and Personal Training Diploma Level 3, Certified by Active IQ and Recognised By the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) "I believe that body image should not be your main focus, your main focus should be on improving what your body is capable of doing. When you feel good because you are fuelling your body correctly so you can train hard and perform at your best, then health, fitness and wellbeing becomes a lifestyle. Having worked as a personal trainer for over 10 years my ever evolving training philosophy is to make working out enjoyable whilst providing amazing results to my clients. My clients often come to me with fixed goals and believe that once we reach them, they will be satisfied. What inspires me is when they realise they are far better than their initial expectations and their goals become dynamic and they start aiming higher. This is what makes my training strategies uniquely exceptional.
