Our team are here to welcome you to our club during staffed hours for fitness appointments or show-rounds. Remember, the gym is open for members to use with our secure keyfob entry system and 24/7 CCTV monitoring.

Hi, I'm Aidi! I've always been involved in sport from a young age until my late teens, where alongside gaining my multiple qualifications such as my level 5 HND in Sports Health, Fitness and Exercise, I discovered the gym. Now I am intent on helping people get fitter, stronger and healthier through proven science based methods. Learning why, as well as how along the way!

I'm Emal and I manage Anytime Fitness Kensington and oversee our Corby, Cosham and Swindon sites as well. I've worked in a number of roles in gyms so understand the industry from a foundational and upwards. I'm here on weekdays and I'm always happy to get to know members in the gym so feel free to say hello!

Hey guys, i'm Paige and i have been working in the fitness industry for around two years+ after undergoing my own fitness journey losing over 55kg. Since i've started i have gained a lot of knowledge that i cant wait to share with others to help them on their own fitness journey. My personal passion is strength training as i found it was the best way to accelerate my weight loss and found it the most enjoyable.

Hi, I'm Louis! I have been training for over two years towards my goal to become a professional body builder and achieve a life long dream of becoming Mr Olympia! I have found a passion within bodybuilding and hope to inspire others on their journey too! I'm a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and currently studying to become a qualified Personal Trainer which has been one of my main goals over the last couple of years. I am looking forward to supporting our members on their fitness journey!

Hi I'm Tom. I have been involved in sport and fitness from a young age, which has led to my interest in training. I have a degree in Sport and Physical Education, Qualified Teacher Status and a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, I'll help you achieve the results you want. Whether you want to reduce body fat, build muscle or improve your fitness and well-being, no goal is too big! My workouts are designed to be fun, engaging and personal to you, to make sure you get the most from your time in the gym.
