Hi I'm Caz, the General Manager of Anytime Fitness Sutton in Ashfield. M life revolves around my family, thats both at home and gym family. I absolutely love my job. Love seeing the personal and physical changes and knowing that I can impact someone's journey. Its incredible feeling. I am blessed to have a great team around me and such great members. I am a tad crazy and bringing crazy to the club is what I feel do best. Its about creating that vibe you enjoy to be in. I maybe a woman in her 40s but my sole and body live still like I am 20. Hey, Luchia here! I love all things fitness. Before working at Anytime Fitness Sutton in Ashfield I was a member here and love it. I have been in your shoes as a member and know how daunting the gym can sometimes be. So if you ever feel out of your comfort zone just shout me and we can have a gym session together or a chat. I am working my way through my level 3 Personal Training qualification. If i am not in the gym you will find me at Starbucks or in the Peak District. Along with the gym, hiking is a huge passion of mine. Watch out - i'll be planning some Peak District walks this year for our members.

Hi I’m Dave I have been training in various gyms on my own for the past 30 years, but only recently, the last 3 years, I have been working with a personal trainer. I learned to train smarter. I adapted my diet and got into the best shape I have been in years. At 43, I learnt that consistency was key. The investment I made in a PT was paid back to me through the investment I made in myself. After completing my own fitness journey and seeing the positive effect my story was having on those around me, I decided that helping others achieve their goals is my number one focus in life. Fitness has always been a passion of mine and I love the weights, so I don’t see this as work, its playtime!!! I am an extremely sociable, approachable, and helpful individual, come and have a chat!! Hi im Kirsty, I have been bigger, and I have been smaller, I've done the diets and been restricted ... none of which got me the physique I wanted nor made me happy. I soon realised as a busy working mum that my own fitness and health mattered and not just what you see on the outside. I was not going to achieve this solely from dieting. I finally started to combine nutrition and exercise, joined the gym and this gave me something for myself and I found my passion!
