My passion for health and fitness began over 20 years ago, which led me to gaining a BSc in Exercise Science and becoming a fitness instructor. In the last few years I’ve competed in bikini bodybuilding competitions and qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. I have also gained diplomas in nutritional coaching and weight management. It’s my mission to share my love of exercise and fitness with others. By working together, I aim to help you feel comfortable and confident in the gym, as well as helping you to reach your goals, safely and effectively

After years of struggling with my weight and fitness, I discovered my passion for training with the help of a personal trainer. This newfound love for fitness led me to pursue a career as a personal trainer myself. Since 2018, through ongoing education and working with my own coach, I strive to provide the best possible training experience for my clients. My ultimate goal is to inspire others to find joy in taking care of themselves and their bodies, just as I have been fortunate enough to experience through my own fitness journey.
