With over 12 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, including five years spent living and working in Australia, he brings a well-rounded understanding of both client-centred personal training and the operational demands of running successful fitness businesses. Having worked in a variety of roles, he has developed strong leadership skills, built high-performing teams, and focused on long-term client retention. He is passionate about fostering positive training environments, driving performance, and supporting both clients and colleagues in reaching their full potential. His goal is to lead by example, consistently raise standards, and contribute to the industry through effective management, strategic insight, and a genuine passion for health and fitness.

I’m a passionate and certified fitness professional with a strong foundation in both Eastern and Western training philosophies. Originally from Uttarakhand, India, I’ve been into fitness since childhood, starting with sprinting, bodyweight training, and national-level tennis. My journey led me to study yoga in Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world, before expanding into personal training. With a client-focused and results-driven approach, I design personalised programs that blend modern fitness with traditional practices, helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier. I strongly believe in the synergy of mind, body, and soul—and that true transformation begins when all three are aligned.
