Hi, I’m Tom and I'm the sales & marketing manager here at Woking. I've been working in the fitness industry for 25 years and have never looked back. The club environment is a passion of mine, helping to make your time as productive and enjoyable as possible. We pride ourselves on being more than just a club by giving a family feel and working within the community to get Woking fitter and aiding local charities such as MIND. Please don’t hesitate to come and say hi or ask me for any help as that's what I'm here for, to get you to your goals.

My names Paul and I'm the manager of Anytime Fitness Woking. I've been in the fitness industry for 30 years. It all started as a work experience placement and I have been here ever since. My passion is cycling, I've raced mountain and road bikes for 26 years to a high standard and have used my Spinning classes as a basis for my training. I believe fitness is for everybody it should be fun, engaging, inclusive and rewarding. I hope you will experience these qualities in the club. The staff are here to help you achieve your goals no matter how big or small.

If you're looking for an out of the box Personal Trainer look no further! I'm trained in boxing and body conditioning with over 15 year's experience where I was able to train with some of the best in the country. I will encourage you to come away from machines learn new skills, build your confidence and work hard with you to achieve your goals. Every session will be tailor made and different from your last with my out of the box training. I'll ensure that each session will be fun, enjoyable and beneficial towards your goals. So, if you're bored with the conventional ways of training or just want to try something new then please contact me for a 1hr free taster session.

I have been working as a physical specialist specialising in back injuries for over 10 years, concentrating on dealing with postural correction, injury rehabilitation and sports massage. I deal with people dedicated to achieving optimal results and those with injuries and special considerations. I am able to assess injuries and prescribe treatment through sports massage and rehabilitation programs. Everyone is unique and has different nutritional requirements. By combining detailed and specialised nutrition based on your specific metabolic type and lifestyle, with exercise you will enjoy a new life and a total sense of wellbeing. I use kettlebells as a superior physical conditioning tool for working the entire body providing enormous benefits including weight loss and toning. I have always enjoyed keeping fit and particularly enjoy taking part in triathlons and climbing. My own fitness journey has significantly improved since becoming a personal trainer and understanding how the body responds to the demands placed upon it when exercised. I can help you to meet your fitness and lifestyle goals and encourage you to discover that keeping fit and working out can be fun and rewarding - meaning you'll be more likely to stick to it. Even if you have a health condition such as diabetes, asthma or arthritis, these need not be barriers to you achieving your goals as I am qualified to take these into account. Whether you are new to exercise or have been working out for years we can work together to inject something new to your routine. Working harder and smarter means you can get the results you want quicker.
