Hi, I'm Vicki I have been in the fitness industry for over 9 years, from starting my career training race horses, to owning my own studio, to managing gyms up and down the country. I have spent many years training for endurance events, having completed the London Marathon, cycling John O'Groats to Lands End and a 100k Paddle to name a few. I then Competed in CrossFit and now my passion is with Yoga. I have been doing gymnastics for 15 years, having competed at a professional level for over 5 years which has given me total body strength and flexibility in all muscle groups. I began training at a gym 10 years ago, I now have a strong passion for strength training. Which has encouraged me to compete competitively in powerlifting. Through the years, I have had various injuries to contend with. These range from ACL reconstruction to a broken knee cap, this has enabled me to learn and adapt my workouts to progress my rehabilitation safely and effectively. I now want to pass on the expertise I have gained through my experiences and qualifications to help others.
