I’m Luke, the Club Manager here at Anytime Fitness Kendal. I’ve built up a number of years’ experience working in gym settings throughout my career, and I’m genuinely motivated by helping people feel their best, physically and mentally. We’ve got a strong, welcoming community here at the club, and I’m committed to making sure it remains a place where everyone, regardless of background or fitness level, feels at home. If you ever need anything, just pop into the office or catch me on the gym floor, I’m always happy to help.

Hi, I’m Matty! My fitness journey actually began right here at Anytime Fitness—as a member who quickly fell in love with strength training and the positive, uplifting culture of the gym. What started as a personal passion soon grew into a calling, and since then I’ve earned my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications. I’m driven by a genuine desire to help people feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in their everyday lives. Whether someone is stepping into the gym for the first time or pushing to reach the next level, I’m all about creating a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone can succeed. I take pride in offering personalised coaching, clear guidance, and a results-focused approach—while keeping sessions fun, motivating, and tailored to each person’s needs. My goal is simple: to help you discover what you’re capable of and enjoy the process along the way.
