I started my career in the health and fitness industry back in 2011. Starting off as a cleaner, I worked my way through to management as a Front of House Manager in DW. I find it rewarding when seeing our members achieve their goals whether that be a physical achievement or mental goal. I would like to share my experiences with you and help in any way possible, therefore come and say hi should you need any assistance.

I coach because this journey changed my life. There was a point in my life where I didn't like how I looked. I lacked self confidence. Hid behind clothes. Told myself stories of why I couldn't achieve anything. Even when I plucked up any courage to try, I ended up overwhelmed. I know how it feels to have these struggles! This is why I am now so passionate about helping my clients! Step by step I support my clients to achieving a body they are proud of. One session at a time. The best part is, we do it in a way that helps you keep this body for life. It may take longer than you've thought before but it will be permanent. I’ve always been an active person but wasn’t really a big fan of the gym but when I hit 30 I decided it was time to make a change. Having been a shy and introverted person who lacked confidence, the decision to join a gym was a big step. With the help of a PT who introduced me to weight training, I began to notice the changes and the rest is history! I fell in love with training, so much so that I want to help other people achieve the same results. Specialising in training females, my priority is helping you achieve your goals in a way that teaches you how to maintain your results and make this a way of life, not just a quick fix. Starting something new can be a daunting experience and one I hope I can make easier for you, so if you want to lose fat, improve your physique, build muscle or improve your fitness come and say hello!
