Hi there! I’m Harry, your club manager! My passion for the fitness industry grew when I started working as a high ropes course instructor, using my strength to rescue and help others. During the academic year I lived in Spain and discovered another passion for callisthenics, as every district in Madrid contained an urban park for everyone to train outside using bodyweight. I worked in Winchester as PT for a year and then got into management and have loved it ever since. Before I worked in the leisure and fitness industry I was a full time artist and musician, with over 3 albums worth of music out there and over 100 shows under my belt. If you see me in the club please come and have a chat!

Area Manager - I started my fitness journey 4 years ago after finding a passion within the industry whilst training with a PT for weight loss and attending group exercise classes. I am a proud dog mum of 1, enjoy hiking, and love teaching group exercise to music especially Spin and PUMP. I am currently studying to become Pre & Post Natal Exercise and Nutrition qualified and aim to start Yoga training in the near future. I am so excited to be able to oversee the growth of Dorchester and it's sister club in Christchurch

My interest in training and fitness started at the age of 18 through sports and weightlifting. Over the years I have participated in competitions and shows, from bodybuilding to choreographed displays. Meri Baylis

Meri is a passionate yoga teacher who began her journey in India, where she completed her first teacher training. Later, she deepened her practice with another training in Costa Rica, combining self-reflection with a strong connection to nature. She teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and restorative styles, blending dynamic energy with a calming sense of serenity. Meri’s love for mantras and chanting, inspired by her travels, has become part of her daily practice. She often ends her classes with heartfelt chants, leaving everyone with a peaceful, grounded feeling. With warmth, compassion, and a love for sharing her knowledge, Meri creates a welcoming space where yoga feels accessible and enriching for everyone. 🤙🏼💪🏼

I am a passionate Yoga instructor, dedicated to helping students of all levels connect breath with movement. My classes offer a mixture of Hatha and Restorative yoga with touches of breath awareness and mindfulness. In my classes, you can expect a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where I encourage mindfulness and self-compassion. I prioritize alignment and breath awareness, ensuring that each student feels supported and confident in their practice. My background in martial arts and lifelong enjoyment of the gym (and interest in fitness) lead me to qualify as a Personal Trainer (HFE), and later, a yoga teacher (BWY); and spin instructor. My spin classes offer a mixture of flat road, sprints and hills to high volume music. You set your own levels, everyone is welcome; and if it’s your first time I can help with an intro and bike set-

David is a martial arts instructor with over 35 years of experience, having begun his training journey in 1985. He achieved his black belt at the age of 13 and has since trained with some of the most respected martial artists in the country. Continuously broadening his expertise, David draws from a range of disciplines, integrating effective techniques from various martial arts styles to deliver practical self-defence training. Passionate about making martial arts accessible, David creates a supportive and inclusive environment that welcomes all adults, regardless of fitness level or experience. Whether you're looking to build confidence, improve fitness, or learn effective self-defence in a relaxed yet motivating setting, David warmly invites you to join him at Anytime Fitness.
