Hi, you can call me Aziz, I am your club manager here at Anytime Fitness Isle of Dogs. Growing up I was always involved in sport and fitness. I know how important and life changing staying fit and healthy has been for me, therefore I strive to encourage others to get involved in daily physical activity. In a day and age where health and wellbeing is not considered a priority I want to build a strong community where we continuously look after our physical and mental health. I believe that with discipline and consistency achieving your goals is inevitable. My support for you is unwavering and I will always practice what I preach.

Hi, i am the Multi Site Manager for Anytime Fitness Stratford East and Anytime Fitness Peckham. I am currently in Peckham and Stratford East branch which has given me 5 years experience within Anytime Fitness. I have been working in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 10 years. Growing up in Portugal where the love for H&F started by playing Football, and studying Sports Science. Today I am qualified in Level 2 &3 Personal Trainer, Lifeguard, Group Exercise and have helped hundreds of members achieve their short term and long term goals. Now I look forward to help create a Healthy Community here in our gyms.

Hey! I’m Yasmin & here’s a little about me in case we see each other around the gym! Having sung, danced and played sports from an early age, and still doing so now, I know firsthand just how important remaining motivated & consistent in the gym is to achieve longevity in results. I am passionate about women’s health, confidence and lifestyle. My sessions reflect my love for hybrid training (strength and running), plyometrics and mobility, aiming to have you leaving stronger, fitter and happier all round but adaptable to what your needs may be. Additionally, I’m qualified in Vocal Rehabilitation (a bit random I know, but breathing properly can make a huge difference to your session), and Fitness Mindset Coaching; meaning I’m able to recognise challenges you may face, and build a custom plan to prevent you losing motivation.

Now, working with Anytime Fitness, I’m here to help you reach your goals — or simply get started on your fitness journey. My focus is on creating sustainable changes in your lifestyle, because I believe that to achieve your goals, you need to enjoy the process — especially when it comes to your training. Hello! My name is Fenton, and I’m proud to be one of the Personal Trainers here at Anytime Fitness. From a young age, I’ve been deeply passionate about sports and fitness, participating in a wide variety of activities. However, my journey hasn’t been without challenges. In my early adult years, I experienced a spontaneous pneumothorax—a condition that affects many young adults in the UK. This setback tested me both physically and mentally, but it also fueled my determination to push forward. Through perseverance, I rediscovered my love for physical activity and went on to participate in events such as charity boxing matches, marathons, Spartan races, and more. Today, I am committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals and overcome their own obstacles. To enhance my ability to support my clients, in addition to my Level 3 PT, I am currently pursuing a Specialist Injury Referral qualification, allowing me to provide expert guidance to those recovering from injuries.
Isaac Aguilar Torres

Hey, I’m Isaac, a 24-year-old fitness enthusiast with a passion for bodybuilding, MMA, and endurance training. Over the past few years, I’ve bulked up to 85kg and cut down to 67kg with single-digit body fat, hitting strength PRs like a 200kg deadlift, 100kg bench press, and 130kg squat. I’ve also spent half a year training in MMA, competed in a White Collar Boxing match in December 2024, and am now preparing for a Kickboxing fight while focusing on strength gains. Outside of training, I’m an avid runner and founder of a Sunday Run Club, always looking to push my limits and help others do the same. I also have a huge passion for cooking, trying foods from around the world, and creating healthy, nutritious recipes to fuel both performance and a balanced lifestyle!
