Hi, I’m Sean, a highly experienced personal trainer based in Ealing with 20 years in the fitness industry. I specialise in science-backed training and personalised coaching, using a holistic approach that supports physical performance and long-term wellbeing. If you want clear structure, expert guidance, and sustainable results, not quick fixes, whether your goal is weight loss, strength, posture, injury-aware training, or better sleep and recovery, my coaching is tailored to your lifestyle and experience level. I help gym-goers train smarter, move better, and feel stronger and more confident. Education, accountability, and correct movement are central to my work, so clients build habits they can maintain. Alongside personal training, I’m qualified in Pilates, Yoga, breath coaching, exercise correction, and nutrition. This allows me to adapt sessions for stress, fatigue, and health challenges, including autoimmune conditions. My aim is to help you achieve results that last.
