Passionate about coaching and dedicated to managing our gym, I bring my experience as a former boxer and current rugby player to help others grow stronger—both physically and mentally. Fitness isn’t just my profession; it’s my tool for balance. Juggling the challenges of running this gym and my two personal businesses, I use training as a way to stay focused, disciplined, and resilient. Having battled anxiety and mental health struggles, I understand the importance of both physical and mental well-being. My mission is to support every member and client, helping them push past limits, build confidence, and find strength in every aspect of life.

I believe that one of the important elements to living a rich and full life is to prioritise one’s health and to facilitate longevity through sustainable fitness. This means learning how to move efficiently, how to train intelligently and how to become more self aware so that one’s fitness journey can remain fun and fulfilling. My interest in all kinds of fitness over the years has given me the skills to help you progress in all areas; whether it’s running, improving mobility and posture, or improving your strength and ability across all areas for a more capable and enjoyable life. I teach both Pilates and Yoga and I’m deeply passionate about helping people of all ages regain their fitness, especially by building confidence after illness or injury. I focus on guiding them back to their best through progressive exercise programs that foster a strong mind-body connection and promote pain-free movement.
Kate Dufty

My passion for fitness started through competitive sports at a young age with a combination of rowing and athletics which developed into love for the gym and the array of benefits it has on my lifestyle. My goal is to make exercise inclusive for everyone, to create healthier lifestyles and help people see the positive effect that exercise can have on the body and the mind. I believe in putting people’s unique needs first and creating sustainable routines that work best around your lifestyle demands. One of my favourite hobbies is cooking and baking, and I love to experiment with new recipes to explore great tasting combos in a balanced way that compliments a healthy, yet enjoyable lifestyle.
