Hello, I'm Shane I am a personal trainer, with a passion for movement longevity, wellness and self-improvement. With over 10 year's of experience in various sports and fitness activities, including football, boxing, basketball and tennis. I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and I make it my aim to guide and support you on your fitness journey. Together we will overcome any personal fitness hurdles by cultivating fun, educational and safe programmes.
