My passion for fitness started early – I began consistently training at around 13 alongside my sisters, who are personal trainers. Growing up in Jeddah, I stayed active through horse riding, basketball, sprinting, and hurdles, which helped build my love for movement, strength, and endurance. As a Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness Wandsworth, I focus on helping women build strong foundations through core strength, stability, bodyweight control, and functional fitness that carries over into everyday life. I enjoy incorporating creative, compound exercises that keep training effective, challenging, and engaging. Alongside fitness, I’m also a private chef, which gives me a unique perspective on nutrition and how food supports training and recovery. Ognjen Djeric

Hey, I’m Oggy. Former French National professional handball player, I had the opportunity during 15 years to play all over the world at a national and international level, and lived in 7 different countries. This journey has given me a deep understanding of high-level athletics, discipline, and the drive required to succeed in competitive environments. I gained experience as a player by facing different challenges (International competitions, France national team, Champions League), but also on the personal aspect: dealing with injury, personal questioning, resilience mindset, adapt myself to totally different people/cultures. Now, I’m here to share my experience and help you every step on the way to achieve your personal fitness goals. Losing fat, gaining muscle, improving well-being, mental health and self-confidence through exercise, I’ll do my best to be the best support for you. No judgment, just encouragement. I began my fitness journey after a career in professional football, bringing over 20 years of experience in sports, fitness, and coaching. My passion for improving player performance led me to study physical preparation and coaching in depth. I’ve worked with top academies and clubs across the world: 5 years with Arsenal Academy in Egypt 4+ years in the Saudi Arabian Professional League Coaching & training experience in Argentina, Egypt, and England 4+ years in Argentina working across gyms with diverse clients and body types Through these experiences, I developed training strategies for: Weight loss Muscle mass improvement High-intensity bodyweight & free weight programs Sport-specific conditioning for football players My own program combines bodyweight training and free weights into high-intensity workouts designed to deliver fast and sustainable results. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or improve overall fitness, I can help you achieve it.
