Hey, I’m Oggy. Former French National professional handball player, I had the opportunity during 15 years to play all over the world at a national and international level, and lived in 7 different countries. This journey has given me a deep understanding of high-level athletics, discipline, and the drive required to succeed in competitive environments. I gained experience as a player by facing different challenges (International competitions, France national team, Champions League), but also on the personal aspect: dealing with injury, personal questioning, resilience mindset, adapt myself to totally different people/cultures. Now, I’m here to share my experience and help you every step on the way to achieve your personal fitness goals. Losing fat, gaining muscle, improving well-being, mental health and self-confidence through exercise, I’ll do my best to be the best support for you. No judgment, just encouragement. I am a highly motivated and passionate personal trainer with years of experience in movement, conditioning and body mechanics; I bring a unique approach to fitness. My expertise in dance allows me to develop strength training, flexibility and mobility, functional strength and injury prevention. I am passionate about getting women confident in the weight room and unlocking their strength and power both physically and mentally. I believe in making fitness an enjoyable and sustainable part of life, whether you're looking to build strength, increase flexibility or simply move with more confidence, my training style is designed to challenge you in a supportive way.
