Our team are here to welcome you to our club during staffed hours for fitness appointments or show-rounds. Remember, the gym is open for members to use with our secure keyfob entry system and 24/7 CCTV monitoring.

After a long career in the marketing profession I turned my back on the corporate world to focus on my own health & fitness, a passion which led me to obtaining qualifications in personal training & nutrition. Having lived in Gerrards Cross for over 10 years I’m committed to providing education, information and support to help the community improve their fitness habits and my role as deputy manager at AF Gerrards Cross is the perfect platform to help me do just that. Away from the gym I practice martial arts (Shotokan Karate and Krav Mega), and have taken up trailrunning and ultramarathons. I’m also an ambassador and nutrition coach for Optimum Nutrition. When I do have downtime I love the cinema and reading.

Hey! My name is Lauren & I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. I specialise in strength training and have recently found a new love for functional & endurance training too. I first stepped foot in a gym at a young age, had no idea what I was doing and I was scared of the weights area for years. That's until I understood the benefits of training and how it can help increase your physical fitness, change your physique and benefit your mental wellbeing too. I want to help you become happier, healthier & stronger in all aspects of your life, whilst gaining confidence within the gym environment & yourself too!
