Our team are here to welcome you to our club during staffed hours for fitness appointments or show-rounds. Remember, the gym is open for members to use with our secure keyfob entry system and 24/7 CCTV monitoring.

Passion, dedication and focus drives me forward in training and in life. With over 30 year’s experience in the gym, I have absolute respect for the body and what it can achieve. Keep your mind positive and determined and I will show you what your body can do! I believe when you strengthen your body, you strengthen the mind. We don't simply build or tone muscle, we grow confidence. We don't just lose weight, we gain health. No matter where you see yourself on your health and fitness journey, I see the best in you and will dedicate my expertise in supporting you along your way. We've got this!

I am a keen football player starting at the age of 6, from playing at Chelsea youth academy, moving to Australia, scholarship in America and now living back in the UK. I am striving to become a personal trainer, to help people achieve their own personal goals. I love exploring and experiencing new things.

I have lived on Hayling for 10 years, and you might recognise my face from training in various gyms on the island, being at the beach, out & about with my sons or as a nurse at the local vets. I am now proud to be working with the team at Anytime Fitness Hayling Island, to help with any enquiries as Membership Advisor.
Emma-Jane Dorey

I have lived on Hayling for 14 years you might recognise my face from Whistler’s, coming to pole/aerial classes or maybe the old Konsept gym right here. When I’m not frying fish and chips I’m very passionate about fitness so you’ll find me in the gym, teaching classes or out modern jive dancing. I am very pleased to be apart of the Anytime fitness team here on the island. My interests in the gym are strength training, building muscle and also Hyrox. Outside the gym you’ll find me teaching pole fitness, dancing or doing fun shenanigans of sorts.
Natalie-Louise Ridout

I have been a personal trainer for 17 years, with a huge passion for helping people with nutrition. I help people not only lose weight but to improve health issues, energy and confidence. I have lectured at university, and worked with some elite athletes too. I have completed an ironman triathlon and also competed in the Europeans for triathlon.
Jan Wakely

I’ve lived on Hayling for most of my life and love being part of the local community. I’m married with two children and two wonderful grandchildren. Although my career originally started in finance, my passion for health and well-being led me to the fitness industry over 25 years ago - and I’ve never looked back. Helping others improve their fitness, confidence and overall wellbeing is something I truly enjoy. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to reach new goals, I’m here to support and motive you every step of the way.
