After seven years as a teacher, I transitioned into personal training to help others build confidence, improve fitness, and develop lifelong healthy habits. I train consistently and understand the challenges of balancing fitness with a busy lifestyle. After embarking on a journey of transforming my own physique during the first lockdown, I have developed a passion for training in the gym and would now like to share the knowledge and experience I have accumulated in order to help people who are in the position I was once in. Whatever your goals, whether you need help with building muscle, shedding some body fat or simply need some guidance on how to use certain equipment in order to improve your confidence levels in the gym, I’d be honoured to help you in working towards achieving them.
