Being a part of the rehabilitation and performance space as an accredited exercise physiologist since 2021, I have worked with dozens of people of varying levels of training experience from those who have never stepped foot in a gym to those playing sport at a professional level. It is my belief that rehabilitation and performance exist on the same continuum and with the right plan and guidance you can still make progress towards your goals even if you are carrying an injury whether big or small.
