Eoin O Hara

A lifelong resident of Kilnamanagh, Eoin has had an interest in running since adolescence. He began weight training at 16 and, while his gym experience was inconsistent for several years, the Covid period marked a turning point. During this time, he committed fully to improving his training by focusing on proper form, technique, and nutrition. After many years living abroad, travelling, and working in hospitality, Eoin developed strong interpersonal skills and a people-focused approach. He now brings this experience together with his passion for fitness to help his local community build strength, confidence, and long-term healthy habits. Contact me at eoinoh14@hotmail.com
Conan Scanlan

As a physiotherapist and experienced weight-lifter, starting my journey 10 years ago, I have acquired my Personal Training qualifications. I am also a certified nutritionist. I put an emphasis on mental health and individual growth & development to achieve a healthy relationship with your body transformation. As a personal trainer, my main focus is mindset as I believe being a life coach in a sense is a strong suit of mine. I believe the key is to train my clients to fall in love with the journey of daily progression instead of glorifying the destination itself. This is how sustainable development is truly achieved. Client education is central to my approach; explaining why I prescribe certain exercises or dietary goals will give you a much more comprehensive understanding about what we are trying to achieve, and how everything I do for you is calculated and tailored specifically and accurately to your needs and goals.
