Walk & Talk Week

Be active. Be there

We’ve partnered with leading charity Samaritans for Walk & Talk Week, an open week at our gyms which encourages everyone to make time for themselves, get moving and get talking about they’re feeling.

As well as inclusive challenges, raffles, events and giveaways, our gyms will be donating £5 to Samaritans for every new member who joins during the week or offering visitors a 7-day pass in exchange for a £5 donation to Samaritans.*

Proudly supporting

Why are Samaritans so important?

Samaritans offer a vital lifeline for those reaching out for help. Their incredible volunteers run more than 200 branches and locations across the UK and Ireland and deliver a 24-hour emotional support service, answering a call for help every ten seconds.

Donations during Walk & Talk Week will not only help them answer as many calls as possible, but also help them develop new ways of making sure their service is available to those who need it.

How to donate

Can’t  make it to one of our gyms? You can donate to Walk & Talk Week on our JustGiving page below or text ANYTIME to 70480 to donate £5.
