TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SEPTEMBER PROMOTION
1. This time-limited offer for a reduced-price membership (the “Promotion”) is provided by Anytime Clubs UK Limited (company number 07130617), of Victoria House, 50-58 Victoria Road, Farnborough, England, GU14 7PG (“Anytime Fitness”).
2. The Promotion is only available to individuals aged 18 years or older signing up to become new members of participating Anytime Fitness clubs during the promotional period from 1 September 2025 to 30 September 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).
3. Individuals signing up to become new members of a participating Anytime Fitness club during the Promotional Period will not have to pay the normal pro-rated fee for use of the participating club during the remainder of the Promotional Period.
4. The selected Anytime Fitness club’s standard access pass fee will still be payable as part of the membership application process. Normal membership and access fees will apply after the expiry of the Promotional Period. Please refer to individual club membership and access fees as they will vary between each club.
5. The Promotion is not available at all Anytime Fitness clubs, only those clubs who have chosen to participate in the Promotion.
6. No other promotional discounts may be applied in conjunction with the Promotion, and there are no cash alternatives.
7. All membership applications at the participating Anytime Fitness clubs are subject to the club’s standard terms and conditions of membership.
8. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude any liability for: (i) death or personal injury as a result of its negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
9. Anytime Fitness reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time.
10. If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
