Anytime Fitness Transformation Challenge

By entering and participating in the below prize draw (the “Promotion”) for a chance to win the Prizes (as outlined below), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) and represent that you satisfy the eligibility requirements below. The Promotion is run by Anytime Clubs UK Limited with registered office Victoria House, 50-58 Victoria Road, Farnborough, GU14 7PG (company number 07130617) (the “Promoter”).

1. How to enter

1.1 There is no purchase necessary to enter or win.

1.2 The competition will run from 12am Monday 16 February 2026 (the “Opening Date”) to Monday 30 March 2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive, (the “Challenge Period”).

1.3 All competition entries must be submitted in accordance with the below and by the 11:59pm on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

1.4 To enter the competition:

(a) Evolt Scanning – You will need to (1) visit any Anytime Fitness gym within the UK at least two times per week during the Challenge Period; and (2) undertake and complete at least one Evolt body composition scan (“Evolt Scans”) at a Participating Club (as defined below) during each of the below times and dates (i.e. at least two Evolt Scans required in total) for one (1) entry):

I) 12am, Monday 16 February 2026 to 11:59pm Sunday 22 February 2026; and

II) 12am, Monday 23 March 2026 to 11:59pm Monday 30 March 2026.

(b) Bonus Social Media Entry – Further to undertaking the Evolt Scans entry above, you may obtain one bonus additional entry by making at least one post on Instagram during the period from and including the Opening Date to 11:59pm, 6 April 2026 (“Social Media Post”) for an additional one (1) entry and tagging

I) “@anytimefitnessuk”,

II) “#AFTChallenge”; and

III) the Participating Club(s) you undertook the Evolt Scans.

1.5 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:

(a) automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);

(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;

(d) incomplete.

1.6 For help with entries, please contact the club manager of your relevant Anytime Fitness club.

1.7 The competition entries will be selected by a random drawing on or about 13 April 2026 (“Selection Date”) by the Promoter from among the eligible entries received. One (1) individual will be selected at random to win the Prize.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is only open to all current members of an Anytime Fitness club in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:

(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

2.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to the Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

2.3 There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

2.4 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

3. The prize

3.1 The Prize is:

(a) One (1) free annual gym membership at your Anytime Fitness gym, or at an Anytime Fitness gym of the Promoter’s choosing, acting reasonably with respect to your address; and

One (1) (b) Hyperice Normatec Premier.

3.2 There is no cash alternative for the Prize.

3.3 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

4. Winner

4.1 The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable, using the email address provided with the competition entry. Failure to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving notice that you are the winner will result in forfeiture of the Prize and the Promoter shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any Prize notification or Prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

4.2 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the details of the Prize winner on Instagram and Facebook.

4.3 If you object to any or all of your name and Social Media Post being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at compliance@anytimefitness.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

4.4 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

4.5 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within five of days of the Selection Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

4.6 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

5. Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights

6.1 By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:

(a) assign absolutely to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights held in the competition entry with full title guarantee; and

(b) waive absolutely all moral rights,

in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

6.2 You agree that the Promoter may, in their sole discretion, make your Social Media Post entry available on its website and in any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence in perpetuity, for the full period of the intellectual property rights in the competition entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the intellectual property rights in the competition entry.

7. Data protection and publicity

7.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.

8. General

8.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

8.3 These Terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
